Pompano Beach Father Charged With Murder in Shaken Baby Case: Broward Sheriff’s Office

A Pompano Beach man has been charged with murder in the death of his young son, who died from his injuries three years after the father shook him to stop him from crying, like how stupid do you have to be this make me so mad  he said he did it to stop the baby from crying what .

Paul Day, 41, is in custody in connection with the Dec. 15, 2012 death of his son Anibus Day, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said in a statementBack on June 11, 2009 the then-5-month-old baby sustained injuries consistent with shaken baby syndrome, according to the BSO. Authorities responded to 4331 NW 19th Terrace in Oakland Park for a report of a baby not breathing, and Anibus was taken to Holy Cross Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.His father admitted that he shook the baby to stop him from crying, the BSO said. He was initially arrested on charges of aggravated child abuse and child neglect, the BSO added.Anibus, who also had other injuries, never regained consciousness and was placed in a Pompano Beach children’s care facility. He was found unresponsive on Dec. 15 and died that evening, the BSO said The Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office said that he died from complications from a non-accidental closed head injury and ruled his death a homicide. and he on trail now but to me he should get life or the death pentely that not fair you can just take life  it not right

 

2 Suspects Nabbed for Carjacking, Robbery at Coral Square Mall: Police

In an incident on Sept. 6, a 57-year-old woman was reading the paper in her car at the mall at 9469 Atlantic Blvd. when a woman holding a gun came up and ordered her out of the car. The suspect then fled with the car, police said in a statement Thursday.

On Oct. 7, a 77-year-old woman was walking to her car at the mall when a black woman approached her, pointed a gun at her and told her to give up her purse or be shot, according to police.

The suspect struck the victim twice in the head with the gun, ripped the purse from her arm, and fled in a beige vehicle driven by another suspect, police said.

so the way they got caught is they had the way car and they had her card they decided to go on a shopping spree  well any smart person know that you dont go take a car and then try to buy something because if they reported stolen as soon as you use it they willl know so i say dumb on there part but that what they get for trying to ron the elderly

so six year ago her husband set her on fire and today that same woman has a new face its unbelieveable what sugrey can do for you nowadays but that isnt always  safe because things can  turn out bad but this woman has been waiting six year for this can you imageine waiting that long i couldnt . and when they did it they used someone else skin i would if you could feel that like something not right. but im happy for her  so the story is her husband throught she was seeing another man and went to the house and attack him  he use a bat and beat her  and then he  brought lye with him a chemical  cleaner very powerful when cops arrived she was crawling to the shower to wash it off but it was too late. but right now she in the process of writeing her book called "Overcome: Burned, Blinded and Blessed and she qoute out of her book that "Forgiveness is about helping ourselves, not the people who hurt us,"  that deep and that so forgiveing because i dont know if i could do what she did like you have to be brave. and out the kindness of your heart  but i couldnt do it

Upstate N.Y. woman watches $11K fall from Brink's armored truck onto road — and she hands it all back

so this women from new york is on the highway behing an armed truck and it hit  a bump and coin starts to fall out it hit another bump and bills start flying everywhere  so  she get out ad pick up all 11000  of it and calls the police  and 10 mins later they catch the truck driver and tell him if that ways up to me i would have kept some of it or all of it but i dont know the woman said i dont steal and im not finna start now.
