so this past year nba has tried to put an end to flopping ok for those who dont know what flopping  is when u fall on puropse to make like someone did something to u and im going to tell you who the best at lebron james n October, when the new rules were posted on NBA.com, it ended with this line: “The league said it will announce a separate set of flopping penalties for the playoffs at a later date.”
